The fried rice was vibrant and hearty, while the crispy egg rolls, served with vermicelli noodles and lettuce for wrapping, offered a delightful crunch. The banh mi sandwich stood out with its crusty baguette, savory marinated meat, pickled carrots, and fresh greens. A bowl of bún bò Huế added a spicy, bold contrast with its thick noodles and generous chunks of fried pork. For something smoky and indulgent, the grilled skewers coated in a tangy glaze and sprinkled with sesame seeds delivered excellent flavor. Altogether, the meal was not only visually stunning but also well-balanced in taste and texture, making it a memorable and satisfying experience for lovers of Vietnamese cuisine.
